In the game (fastest)

1. Open Settings, then Account and Pro.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away. The account is an anonymous one the game created for you, so there is nothing to sign in to.

By email

If you no longer have the game installed, email support@farthestlight.gg from any address with the subject "Delete my account". Send your player ID (Settings > About and credits > Player ID) and display name, or your display name and roughly when you played if you no longer have the id, so we can find the right account and nobody can delete someone else's. We complete email requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account
• Your Merit, season progress and unit mastery
• Cosmetics you earned with Merit or from the season track
• Your saved units and match history (and any ratings or leaderboard entries, if ranked play is available in your version)
• Your display name

What is not deleted

• Subscriptions continue until you cancel them in the store. Deleting your account does not cancel Farthest Light Pro. Cancel in your device's subscription settings (Apple: Settings > your name > Subscriptions). The game's delete screen has a Manage subscription button for this.
• Bundles you bought belong to your Apple Account. Use Restore purchases on a new account to get them back.

How long anything is kept

• Your account data is removed from our live database at once.
• Our encrypted backups age out within 30 days.
• For 30 days we keep only a one-way fingerprint of your account number (not your name or anything else), so that a refund notice from Apple that arrives late is recognised and ignored.
• Server replays of matches you played keep your display name until they age out (30 days).
• Reports about a player are kept 90 days, and are deleted with the account unless an investigation or a legal duty needs them.
