What it is
Take command of an Architect, the one machine that can build everything, and grow a war economy from a single landing site. Alloy and Power stream in continuously: spend them as fast as you earn them, raise factories, and turn out bots, vehicles, aircraft and ships by the hundred.
Every shot is simulated. Every wreck is left on the field to be reclaimed. Line of sight, radar and fog of war decide what you know. Maps run from 1 vs 1 to eight-player free-for-all, across verdant valleys, ash basins, frozen octants, tidal reaches and whole worlds of plated metal.
Farthest Light is an original game by Analog Elk. It is in development. There is no release date yet.
Two factions
Both factions mine Alloy and generate Power. How they spend it is where they part ways.
Chorale
Lattice hulls, photon beams and guided munitions. Lighter armour, longer reach, faster feet.
Rift
Slag-plated industrialists with mass drivers and brute armour. Slower, tougher, cheaper power.

The score
The score is classical, drawn from public-domain orchestral recordings. It follows the state of play and changes as a quiet build-up turns into a fight.
Scouting, mining, the first structures.
Factories cycling, armies forming at the rally point.
The lines meet. The music goes with them.
Recordings by the Musopen project, released under CC0. Full notices on the credits page.
